勝俣 昇

Noboru Katsumata is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Shizuoka Prefectural Assembly, representing the Gotemba City and Oyama Town district. Before entering politics, he had a long career as a civil servant in the Gotemba City government, where he held various leadership positions including head of the New Tomei Expressway Division and deputy director of the Planning Department. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2019, he has focused on regional infrastructure development, business attraction, and social welfare initiatives. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party's regional faction in the assembly.
