木田 昇

Noboru Kida is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Oita Prefectural Assembly, representing the Oita City constituency. Born in Taketa City, Oita, he graduated from Oita University before working for the Taketa and Oita municipal governments for over two decades. He entered politics in 2015 and has since been re-elected multiple times. Kida is active in local disaster prevention initiatives, agricultural policy research, and serves as the secretary-general of the Kenmin Club parliamentary group.
