Nobumi Kusakabe is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Saitama Prefectural Assembly, representing the Nishi Ward of Saitama City. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he is currently serving his fourth term in office. Within the assembly, he contributes to the Welfare, Health and Medical Committee and serves on the Special Committee on Measures for a Declining Birthrate and an Aging Society. He is dedicated to addressing local social welfare and healthcare issues within the prefecture.
