杉山 信雄

Nobuo Sugiyama is a Japanese politician currently serving his sixth term as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kawasaki-ku district of Kawasaki City. First elected in April 1999, he has held various leadership roles, including serving as the chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party caucus in the assembly. Throughout his career, he has focused on policy initiatives such as the Kanagawa Prefecture Shopping District Revitalization Ordinance and the Kanagawa Prefecture Sign Language Ordinance. He is also active in community service as a probation officer and former president of the Kawasaki Ward PTA Council.
