小林信保

Nobuyasu Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Otsuki in Yamanashi Prefecture. Born in 1965, he graduated from Hosei University and initially worked in his family's building materials business. He began his political career as a member of the Otsuki City Council, serving two terms and holding the position of vice-chairman. In 2019, he was elected as the Mayor of Otsuki, defeating the incumbent, and was subsequently re-elected in 2023. His administration focuses on local community development and municipal governance.
