Nobuyuki Murakami is a Japanese politician and Buddhist priest currently serving as the Mayor of Uenohara in Yamanashi Prefecture. A graduate of the Komazawa University Faculty of Buddhism, he serves as the chief priest of Ryusen-ji Temple in Uenohara. Before his election as mayor, he served two terms as a member of the Uenohara City Council. He was first elected mayor in 2021 and secured a second term in 2025 after running unopposed, marking the first uncontested mayoral election in the city since its incorporation in 2005.
