Noel McCarthy

Noel McCarthy is an Irish politician who has served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork East constituency since the 2024 general election. Before entering national politics, he served as a member of the Cork County Council for the Fermoy area, first elected in 2009 as a Labour Party candidate before joining Fine Gael in 2015. Outside of his political career, McCarthy is a small business owner who operates an off-licence in Fermoy.
