Nora Elena Yu Hernández is a Mexican politician and public official currently serving as a Senator. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and has extensive experience in customs administration. Throughout her career, she has held various administrative roles in Ciudad Juárez and served as a federal deputy for the second district of Chihuahua from 2003 to 2006. Formerly affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party, she is now a member of the National Regeneration Movement.
