高畑 紀子

Noriko Takahata is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hachinohe constituency. She is affiliated with the Constitutional Democratic Party and Independent group. During her tenure, she has been active in the Environment and Welfare Committee, as well as special committees focused on Shinkansen and railway issues and parliamentary reform. She was elected to her current position for the first time and maintains an office in Hachinohe City to serve her constituents.
