Norovyn Altankhuyag is a Mongolian politician who currently serves as a member of the State Great Khural. A key figure in the 1990 Democratic Revolution, he previously served as the 27th Prime Minister of Mongolia from 2012 to 2014. Throughout his career, he has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Finance and Minister of Agriculture and Industry, and served as the leader of the Democratic Party. He is a physicist by training and began his professional life as a professor at the National University of Mongolia.
