沼崎満子

Mitsuko Numazaki is a Japanese politician and physician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in Suginami, Tokyo, she pursued a medical career, graduating from the University of Tsukuba and specializing in anesthesiology. Before entering politics, she held significant medical roles, including serving as the head of the surgery department at the JA Kanagawa Koseiren Isehara Hospital. Since her election to the Diet in 2024, she has been active in the Komeito party, notably serving as the vice-chair of the party's Women's Committee. She was re-elected in 2026 as a candidate for the Centrist Reform Alliance, a coalition involving Komeito and the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan.
