Teruo Minobe is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Osaka 4th district. He previously served as a member of the Osaka City Council for four terms, where he also held the position of City Council Chair. Before entering politics, he worked in the private sector for over 15 years in industries including travel, trade, and real estate.
