Nur Jazlan Mohamed is a Malaysian politician serving as a Senator and the Deputy President of the Dewan Negara since June 2023. A member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), he previously served as the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs from 2015 to 2018 and as the Member of Parliament for Pulai from 2004 to 2018, as well as Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee. He has been an active figure in Malaysian federal politics within the Barisan Nasional coalition.
