Бекназаров, Нурлан Кудиярович

Nurlan Beknazarov is a Kazakhstani politician serving as a Member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan representing Shymkent since 2018. He holds multiple degrees in civil engineering, economics, finance, and law from institutions including the Alma-Ata Agricultural Institute and the M.O. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in local governance, including serving as secretary of the Shymkent city maslihat, and currently chairs the Senate Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System, and Law Enforcement Agencies.
