O. S. Manian is an Indian politician and a member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly representing the Vedaranyam constituency. A long-time member of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), he has been active in politics since his youth and previously served as a Member of Parliament for the Mayiladuthurai Lok Sabha constituency. In 2016, he was appointed as the Minister for Handlooms and Textiles in the Government of Tamil Nadu. An agriculturist by profession, he currently serves as the AIADMK District Secretary for Nagapattinam.
