Oleg Seminsky is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation. Before entering politics, he held senior management roles in the energy sector, notably serving as the CEO of the private gas production company Naftogazvydobuvannya. In 2012, he was the victim of a high-profile kidnapping, an event that later became the subject of a major criminal investigation. As a parliamentarian, he serves as the deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Utilities Services, where he has focused on energy policy and infrastructure development.
