Трухин, Александр Николаевич

Oleksandr Trukhin is a former Ukrainian politician who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the 9th convocation from 2019 to 2023. Previously, he was a deputy of the Poltava Regional Council and held various management roles in the agricultural sector. Elected as a member of the Servant of the People party, he served as deputy chairman of the parliamentary budget committee. His political career ended following a high-profile 2021 traffic accident and subsequent legal proceedings, which led to his expulsion from the party and his removal from the Verkhovna Rada in February 2023.
