Oleksandra Ustinova is a Ukrainian politician and activist serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the IX convocation. A graduate of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, she previously worked as a communications manager for the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH and in public relations for Magento. Before entering parliament, she was a prominent anti-corruption activist and board member of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre, advocating for the creation of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. Since 2021, she has served as the head of the Holos faction in the Verkhovna Rada and leads a special commission monitoring international military and technical aid during the ongoing war. Her legislative work focuses on anti-corruption reforms, judicial transparency, and international cooperation.
