Olena Shuliak is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur currently serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the IX convocation. She chairs the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development, and Urban Planning. Before entering politics, she had an extensive career in auditing and real estate development, including leadership roles at Midland Development Ukraine. A graduate of the National Transport University and the International Institute of Management, she has focused her legislative work on urban planning reform, construction standards, and compensation mechanisms for war-damaged housing.
