Olivier Serva

Olivier Serva is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for Guadeloupe's 1st constituency. A former accountant and economics professor, he began his political career as a regional councilor in Guadeloupe before being elected to the National Assembly in 2017. Initially affiliated with La République en Marche, he later moved toward an independent position, joining the LIOT group. Serva is known for his focus on overseas territories, economic development, and environmental issues, and he has frequently taken independent stances against government policies.
