Orhan Kırcalı is a Turkish politician and lawyer who currently serves as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the province of Samsun. A member of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), he was first elected to parliament in November 2015 and has since been re-elected in the 2018 and 2023 general elections. Before entering national politics, he practiced law and served as an instructor at the Bafra Vocational School of Ondokuz Mayıs University, where he taught commercial and contract law.
