Osamu Natsusaka is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hachinohe constituency. Affiliated with the Komeito party, he is in his first term of office. Within the assembly, he contributes to the Environment and Welfare Committee and participates in several special committees, including those focused on nuclear and energy policy, parliamentary reform, and public relations.
