Óscar Zea Choquechambi is a Peruvian politician, educator, and livestock farmer serving as a member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru for the 2021-2026 parliamentary period. Originally elected representing the Peru Libre party for the department of Puno, he later served as Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation in 2022 under President Pedro Castillo before leaving his party to sit as an independent.
