Patrick Testin is an American politician serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing the 24th Senate district since 2017. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the president pro tempore of the Wisconsin Senate from 2021 to 2023. Born in Madison and raised in Wisconsin, Testin graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a degree in political science. Before his election to the state legislature, he worked in retail management and as a sales representative. He has been a consistent voice for conservative policies in central Wisconsin throughout his tenure in the state senate.
