Pauderney Avelino

Pauderney Avelino is a Brazilian civil engineer, businessman, and politician who has served multiple terms as a federal deputy for the state of Amazonas. Born in Eirunepé, he began his political career in the early 1990s and has been affiliated with several parties, including the Christian Democratic Party and the Democrats, before joining the Brazil Union. Throughout his career, he has held various legislative roles and served as the municipal secretary of education for Manaus. Known for his conservative political stances, he supported the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff and the labor reforms under the Michel Temer administration. His most recent tenure in the Chamber of Deputies concluded in November 2024.
