Paul Dinn is a Canadian politician currently serving as a Member of the House of Assembly for the district of Topsail-Paradise. First elected in a 2019 by-election, he has since been re-elected in the 2019, 2021, and 2025 provincial elections. In October 2025, he was appointed as the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and Minister of Advanced Education and Skills. Before entering provincial politics, Dinn served as a town councillor in Paradise and held a director position within the provincial Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour.
