Paul Maskey

Paul Maskey is an Irish politician representing Sinn Féin who has served as the Member of Parliament for Belfast West since 2011. Adhering to his party's policy of abstentionism, he does not take his seat in the House of Commons. Prior to his parliamentary career, Maskey served as a member of the Northern Ireland Assembly from 2007 to 2012 and was a councillor on the Belfast City Council, where he led the Sinn Féin group. Throughout his career, he has focused on local development, tourism, and public accountability, notably chairing the Public Accounts Committee.
