Pavel Pacal is a Czech politician and educator who has served as the Mayor of Třebíč since 2018. A member of the Mayors and Independents (STAN) movement, he previously held positions as a deputy mayor and city councilor in Třebíč, and served as a member of the Vysočina Regional Assembly, including a term as deputy governor between 2016 and 2020. Before entering politics, Pacal worked as a teacher and school principal, and was also an ice hockey referee. He is known for his focus on regional development and municipal administration.
