Pavlína Springerová

Pavlína Springerová is a Czech politician and political scientist currently serving as the Mayor of Hradec Králové, becoming the first woman to hold this position in 2022. She has been a member of the Královéhradecký Regional Assembly since 2020 and has led the Hradec Democratic Club (HDK) since 2019. Before entering full-time politics, she had a distinguished academic career at the University of Hradec Králové, where she served as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and later as Vice-Rector. Her academic work focuses on Latin American politics and international relations.
