A graduate of the University of Warsaw, he previously held high-level government positions, including Secretary of State and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs between 2019 and 2023. Throughout his career, he has focused on international economic cooperation, European Union law, and the Three Seas Initiative. He is a member of the Law and Justice party and serves on its executive committee.
