Paweł Kobyliński is a Polish politician, manager, and member of the Silesian Regional Assembly. Born in Bytom, he graduated in business management from the Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice and in general psychology from the University of Silesia. He served as a member of the Sejm of the VIII term, initially elected from the Kukiz'15 list before subsequently joining .Nowoczesna and the Civic Platform. In the 2024 local elections, he successfully won a mandate as a regional assembly councillor in Silesia.
