Peter Fortune

Peter Fortune is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Bromley and Biggin Hill since the 2024 general election. Raised in Lambeth, he previously worked in local journalism before entering politics. His career includes serving as a councillor for Bromley Council from 2010 to 2022, where he was Deputy Leader, and as a member of the London Assembly for Bexley and Bromley from 2021 to 2024. In Parliament, he serves on the Public Accounts Committee and as a Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Shadow Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology.
