Petr Macinka is a Czech politician serving as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs since December 2025. A former aide to President Václav Klaus, he leads the party Motorists for Themselves, which he rebranded in 2022 to promote populist, anti-green, and Euro-skeptic policies. Macinka was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2025 and previously served as Minister of the Environment. He is known for his staunch opposition to EU climate regulations, same-sex marriage, and progressive taxation.
