Petru-Bogdan Cojocaru is a Romanian IT specialist, local official, and politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies and as Minister of Communications and Information Society in 2018. Born in Popricani, he graduated with a degree in computer science from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași in 2006 and subsequently worked in the private sector as an IT analyst and commercial department director. Active with the Social Democratic Party, he led the party's youth organization in Iași County, served on the Iași County Council starting in 2013, and later held a seat in the Chamber of Deputies from 2019 to 2020.
