Phan Đức Hiếu

Phan Đức Hiếu is a Vietnamese politician and legal expert currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam representing Thai Binh province and as a Standing Member of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly. Born on May 19, 1974, in Vinh Phu province, he earned a Master of Laws degree from Maastricht University in the Netherlands and a high-level certificate in political theory. Throughout his career, he has focused on legal research and economic management, previously working as a legal consultant and serving as Deputy Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management under the Ministry of Planning and Investment before transitioning to full-time parliamentary duties.
