Philipp Heißner is a German politician and a member of the Hamburgische Bürgerschaft. He previously served in the state parliament from 2015 to 2020 and returned to office in 2025. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he currently serves as the party's transport policy spokesperson and holds leadership roles within the CDU Hamburg and the Eimsbüttel district branch. Heißner studied law at the Bucerius Law School and has been active in youth politics, including leadership positions in the Junge Union.
