Philipp Kutter is a Swiss politician, historian, and journalist who has served as a member of the National Council of Switzerland since 2018. Representing The Centre, he previously held the position of mayor of Wädenswil from 2010 to 2026 and served on the Cantonal Council of Zürich between 2007 and 2018. Kutter studied history, communications, and political science at the University of Zurich. In 2023, he sustained a serious skiing accident that resulted in temporary paralysis, during which he delegated his official duties before returning to public life.
