Philippe Bas

Philippe Bas is a French politician and high-ranking civil servant who currently serves as a member of the Constitutional Council. A graduate of the École nationale d'administration, he previously held significant roles in the executive branch, including Secretary General of the Presidency under Jacques Chirac and Minister of Health and Solidarity.
