Philippe Muyters is a Belgian politician and a member of the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA). Born in Antwerp, he holds a master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp. Before entering politics, he served as the Managing Director of VOKA, the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from 2000 to 2009. He has held various high-level positions within the Flemish Government, including serving as the Flemish Minister for Finance, Budget, Work, Town and Country Planning, and Sports. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Belgian Senate.
