Phoeurng Sackona is a Cambodian academic, engineer, and politician who currently serves as the Minister of Culture and Fine Arts. Born on October 8, 1959, she has extensive experience in higher education and technical administration, including serving as President of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia and as Secretary of State for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. She is a member of the Cambodian People's Party.
