Phulo Devi Netam is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament, representing the state of Chhattisgarh. A member of the Indian National Congress, she was elected unopposed to the seat in 2020. Throughout her career, she has held various administrative roles, including serving as the President of the District Co-operative Central Bank in Bastar. In 2013, she survived a significant Naxal attack in the Darbha valley that targeted a convoy of Congress party leaders.
