Piroska Szalai

Piroska Szalai is a Hungarian public official and economist who serves as a ministerial commissioner. She studied industrial engineering and management at Pannon University, obtaining her MSc in 1987. Throughout her career, she has held various advisory and leadership positions, including ministerial commissioner responsible for improving the labor market prospects of women at the Ministry for National Economy, chair of the board of the Budapest Enterprise Agency, and member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Knowledge Management Committee.
