Polly Thomas

Polly Jung Thomas is an American politician and retired educator who has served as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives since 2016. Representing the 80th district, which covers parts of Jefferson Parish, she has focused her legislative career on education and public policy. Before entering the state legislature, she had a distinguished career in education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, as well as Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from Texas A&M University.
