Poppy Gustafsson, Baroness Gustafsson

Poppy Gustafsson, Baroness Gustafsson, is a British businesswoman and life peer who currently serves as a member of the House of Lords. Before entering politics, she had a distinguished career in the technology sector, notably as the co-founder and CEO of the cybersecurity firm Darktrace. In 2024, she was appointed Minister of State for Investment by Prime Minister Keir Starmer, a position she held until September 2025. She is a chartered accountant and has been recognized for her contributions to the cyber security industry, including being appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE).
