Pramod Kumar is an Indian politician and a long-serving member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, representing the Motihari constituency since 2005. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he has held several ministerial portfolios in the Government of Bihar, including Minister of Law, Minister of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and Minister of Mines and Geology. With a background in law and early involvement in the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, he has been a consistent political figure in the region, having served as the district unit president for the BJP in Motihari.
