Presley de Jesus

Presley de Jesus is a Filipino politician and representative serving in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He entered Congress following the 2019 elections as the first nominee and president of the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (Philreca) Party-List, subsequently securing re-election in the 2022 and 2025 elections. Throughout his legislative tenure, he has focused on rural electrification, consumer electricity affordability, and energy sector issues while also holding leadership positions such as deputy minority leader.
