Ramasamy Dharmar is an Indian politician and advocate currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha, representing the state of Tamil Nadu. He was elected to the upper house of the Parliament of India in 2022. Throughout his political career, he has been associated with the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK). After a period of supporting the expelled leader O. Panneerselvam, Dharmar rejoined the main party under the leadership of Edappadi K. Palaniswami in early 2026, ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
