R. Jayaramakrishnan is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly for the Madathukulam constituency. Born in 1967, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore and a Bachelor of Laws degree from J.S.S. Law College in Bengaluru. A member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party, he was first elected to the assembly in 2016 and successfully secured re-election in 2026.
