
Rósa Guðbjartsdóttir

Rósa Guðbjartsdóttir is an Icelandic politician and political scientist who serves as a member of the Althing following her election in 2024. Before entering national parliament, she had a distinguished career in local government, serving on the Hafnarfjörður municipal council since 2006 and as the mayor of Hafnarfjörður from 2018 to 2025. Earlier in her career, she worked as a reporter for Stöð 2 and Bylgjan and served as the executive director of the Children with Cancer Support Association. She holds a degree in political science from the University of Iceland.
