R. Tamil Selvan

R. Tamil Selvan is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for the Sion-Koliwada constituency, having been elected in 2014, 2019, and 2024. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he previously served as a corporator in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Selvan gained public recognition for his bravery during the 2008 Mumbai attacks, where he and his team saved approximately 36 lives at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus while working as a railway parcel contractor.
